If you would rather not collect at the counter, we also deliver the car free of charge to your hotel anywhere within the city at the time you choose. The deposit is returned automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days after you bring the car back in good condition. For debit cards, the release can take 7 to 20 days to appear depending on your bank. The deposit is handled at the branch or at your hotel during the handover, along with the rest of the paperwork.

Fuel is handled level to level, so you return the car at the same fuel level you received it. If it comes back lower, a charge of RM15 per level applies for each level the fuel has dropped. For example, if the car comes back two levels lower than at pickup, the refuelling charge is RM30.
