Can I rent without a credit card?Yes, you can rent with Agtran without a credit card. A debit card or e-wallet works, and the deposit cannot be paid in cash.

How long does a deposit refund take?Your Agtran deposit is refunded after you return the car in good condition: 3 to 7 days for most payment methods, and 7 to 20 days for debit cards.

What payment methods do you accept?Agtran accepts card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and e-wallets. The deposit is paid by card or e-wallet and cannot be paid in cash. No credit card needed.

Why is my deposit still pending?A pending deposit after returning your Agtran rental is usually just bank processing time. Most methods take 3 to 7 days, debit cards 7 to 20 days.
