Refunds Conditions

Bookings cancelled 48 hours before the start of the rental date will receive a full refund.

Due to Cov-19 which is affecting the world, people who are infected with cov-19 can apply to change the date up to 3 months ahead. However there are conditions users must follow.

  • Users need to provide a document which is proving he/she was affected by covid at the certain date.
  • Contact the customer service or notify us before the rental starts.

There are several reasons why users will not be able to get a refund as stated below:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental without solid reason.
  • Cancellations made to downgrade vehicles less than 48 hours before the start of the rental.
  • Failure to provide the actual driver as registered on the form to collect the car at the specified date & time.
  • Vehicle cannot be picked up or failure to collect the car at the specified date & time.
  • Failure to present a valid driver's licence or International Driving Permit during pick-up.

Some refunds may need a support document before the refund process is made. However all the refunds will be made depending on the situation and approved by management. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service for any matters. Payment will be credited within approximately 14 business days.
