Bring the physical documents to the counter, since digital copies alone are not accepted. Yes, a refundable deposit is charged when you pick up the car. The amount depends on the vehicle and rental period. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and e-wallets. The deposit is refunded automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days after you return the car in good condition. Multi storey car parks are the most reliable option, with large ones at Komtar and Prangin Mall in the centre and covered parking at Gurney Plaza and First Avenue further north. On street parking uses a coupon system: buy paper coupons from convenience stores or petrol stations, scratch off the date and time, and display them on the dashboard. Yes. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rental price at no extra cost. CDW reduces your liability for accidental damage to the vehicle body up to the excess amount. For lower excess cover, you can add Super CDW (SCDW) as an optional extra. The additional daily rate for SCDW depends on the vehicle and rental period, and it can be added when you book.

Fuel is handled level to level. You agree to return the car at the same fuel level as at pickup. If the car is returned with less fuel than at pickup, we charge a refuelling fee at the standard rate plus a service charge. The fuel level is recorded on the rental agreement at both pickup and return. The mileage allowance is set out in the rental agreement, and any distance charges are applied at the rate shown there.
