If you would rather not collect at the counter, we also deliver the car free of charge to your hotel anywhere within the city at the time you choose. Yes, a refundable deposit is taken at pickup or delivery, with the amount depending on the vehicle and rental period. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and e-wallets. The deposit is returned automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days after you bring the car back in good condition. For debit cards, the release can take 7 to 20 days to appear depending on your bank. The deposit is handled at the branch or at your hotel during the handover, along with the rest of the paperwork.

Fuel is handled level to level, so you return the car at the same fuel level you received it. If it comes back lower, a charge of RM15 per level applies for each level the fuel has dropped. For example, if the car comes back two levels lower than at pickup, the refuelling charge is RM30. The mileage allowance is set out in your rental agreement and applies across the whole rental period rather than resetting each day, so it is worth a look if you plan long day trips.
