Our branch is right at Kuala Lumpur Sentral, in the Arrival Hall of the KL City Air Terminal. That is the main transport hub where airport trains, intercity trains, buses, and the LRT and MRT all meet, so if you arrive in the city by rail or bus you can collect your car in the same building without a separate trip. If you would rather not collect at the counter, we also deliver the car free of charge to your hotel anywhere within the city at the time you choose. Airport collection can be arranged too, just tell us when you book.

This avoids driving the full hour from the airport into unfamiliar city traffic. Alternatively, if you would rather have the car from the moment you land, we can arrange airport collection, so tell us your flight and preference when you book. Either way, the car is ready when you need it.

The core around KLCC, Bukit Bintang, and the Golden Triangle is well served by the LRT, MRT, monorail, and covered walkways, and driving there means slow traffic and costly parking. Where a car earns its place is everything the trains do not reach: the wider suburbs, malls like Mid Valley and One Utama, food neighbourhoods locals drive to, and day trips out of the city. Many visitors walk and take trains for the centre, and use the car for everything beyond it.

The mall car parks are your most reliable option in and around the centre, secure, covered, and cheap by the hour. Driving into the tightest central streets, especially around Bukit Bintang, is slow and parking is limited, so for the walkable core it is easier to park once and use the trains. If your hotel offers parking, using it as a base and walking or taking the train into the centre is the least stressful approach.

Yes, a refundable deposit is taken at pickup or delivery, with the amount depending on the vehicle and rental period. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and e-wallets. The deposit is returned automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days after you bring the car back in good condition. For debit cards, the release can take 7 to 20 days to appear depending on your bank. The deposit is handled at the branch or at your hotel during the handover, along with the rest of the paperwork.

Batu Caves, the limestone temple with its coloured steps, is about 30 minutes north and makes an easy half day. Melaka and its UNESCO old town are around 1.5 to 2 hours south down the North South Expressway. All are slow or awkward by public transport and simple by car. Keep a Touch n Go card in the car for the expressway tolls.

For lower excess cover, you can add Super CDW as an optional extra, with the additional daily rate depending on the vehicle and rental period, and it can be added when you book. Full insurance applies to every rental, whether you are keeping the car around the city or driving it out for a day trip.

Because Kuala Lumpur sits at the centre of the road network, it is a natural place to start or end a longer trip. If you want to finish in another city, or arrange an airport drop off, one way arrangements can be made on request, with the fee quoted when you book. Fuel is handled level to level, so you return the car at the same fuel level you received it. If it comes back lower, a charge of RM15 per level applies for each level the fuel has dropped. For example, if the car comes back two levels lower than at pickup, the refuelling charge is RM30. The mileage allowance is set out in your rental agreement and applies across the whole rental period rather than resetting each day, so it is worth a look if you plan long day trips.
